Precious Amanze
is a surveyor with several years experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. She is a graduate of Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She holds an MBA in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. She joined Oludemi Jagun Dosumu & co as a Real Estate Broker, she moved to Northcourt Real Estate Ltd where she held the position of Facilities Manager until the year 2019, when she formed Aimee Properties Services. She is an associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a Registered Surveyor with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON). Precious, is an astute real estate valuer, an entrepreneur per excellent, a passionate Real Estate enthusiast. In her spare time she enjoys listening to soothing music.Prof. A.C. Otegulu
is the Chairman of Research Advisory Board of Aimee Property Services. One time head of Department, Department of Estate Management. He obtained Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, MSc Construction Management from the University of Lagos, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Management from the Enugu State University, Certificate Course in Environmental Valuation from Cranfield University, U.K, Certificate Course on Compensation/Resettlement from World Bank/Lamarta Training. He has authored/co-authored several research papers, journals and books on real estate economics, plant/equipment and environmental valuation, property valuation and real estate investment analysis. He is a member of the editorial board of several professional and academic journals. Prof. Otegbulu is a Fellow with Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuers (NIESV), Registered Surveyor with Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON), Associate Member Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators. He guides the research endeavors of Aimee Property Services, contributing his wealth of knowledge and experience in ensuring each research output is professionally and ethically executed and suitable for the use of the commissioners
Vitalis Anieze
is a Stockbroker and a professional accountant with expertise in strategic financial management, corporate reporting, treasury management, re-structuring, recapitalization, investment banking, taxation, budgeting and budgetary controls of over 20 years professional experience. He joined Aviation Development Company PLC, in 2005,as an accountant,a position he held till he left in 2007. In 2007 he was engaged by Adonai Stockbrokers limited as an accountant to restructure and manage all group financial operations. In 2009, he moved to propertygate Development and Investment PLC as Senior finance officer, where he rose to the position of Head of finance and Accounts within an interval of 13 years. In 2022, he moved to Enugu state water corporation as Executive Director Finance and Accounts. He is a graduate of Accountancy, University of Lagos Nigeria. He is a member of Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an associate member of the chartered institute of stockbrokers and an Authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is happily married with children. He enjoys intellectual engagements. He currently serves as a financial advisor (non- executive) to Aimee property services, where he provides, financial, tax, management advisory services to the firm.We'd love to hear from you!
